Jun. 1st, 2006 08:33 amBy pure luck, i managed to reach a tech at bell canada just as the line went stupid. So they kinda went "What the hell? That's not normal." and said they'd send a tech over tomorrow between 8 and 18h, to check the outside line.
It's not known if they will actually do it or not, but it's nice to know they actually said they'd do something this time without going on about how they'll have to charge us for blah and blah and it must be our fault and...
I'm also making a few more calls in hope of getting that second net connection installed ASAP. I don't care, i'll just get a standard 3mbps ADSL, i just want a failover so this doesn't happen again.
And i still need to yell at Fido.
I go do that now. I know i should sleep, but might as well try to get things solved first.
