Sep. 26th, 2006 09:26 amBlah, weekends always disappear too fast. Annoying. I still vote for 36h long days.
At least, stuff got done. Mostly partially rewiring my room so that lights do actually have switches, instead of being turned on by twisting wires together. And i found out that with all the lights on at 100% intensity, my room is almost sunlight-like blindingly bright. Which i think is cool. But i won't do that too often.
It's also enough to heat up the whole room very quickly without the help from the computers and monitors and all.
I also had a very windy day. As in wind gusts of over 60Mph. Broke lots of branches, made things fly off, and i was able to ride my bike in it without having to pedal. Yay for using coats as sails!
I have some pictures, but i think the wind is a rather hard subject to photography. Haven't transfered them yet, but soon...
Sleep deprivation is also happening a bit too much. When i didn't want to sleep, it was quiet. When i finally gave up and wanted to, then construction started again. So that sucked.
And now, i'm debating between trying to sleep even if the construction might wake me up, or wait until they're less likely to.
*yawns*
