(no subject)

Whee... Sometime i think the universe somehow reads my livejournal.

Turns out that today was excellent at work. I got something different from lamp, lamp, lamp, lamp... And i managed to catch up. Did 15 minutes of overtime, but i no longer have pallets dating back to the 18 waiting to be put on shelves.

Found a few shortcuts too to make things faster, which is good.

... and i almost ran over a cardboard full of lightbulbs. That would have been intersting.

One of the forklifts guy kinda did something like that. He raised the forks too high when he went to pick up a pallet of lightbulbs, and stabbed it instead. Interesting glass popping and shattering noise.

Also, a funny one this morning. Some contractor was arguing with the sales person. He wanted more of a certain ceiling light fixture he bought a few days ago. But he was convinced the model he bought was "Techo". ... which is apparently the spanish translation of ceiling. Every box has "Plafonnier / Ceiling / Techo" written at the top...

I don't know how that one ended, but it was kinda funny to hear. The guy wouldn't listen and just kept repeating "I know what's written on the box, it was Techo".

... so happy i don't do sales anymore...

Anyway, sleeptime now.
