May. 26th, 2006 06:47 pmOne of our cats will probably have to be euthanasied soon. He has a tumor about the size of an egg on his side, next to one of his leg... It's bleeding and causing him a lot of pain as he moves.
I really hope they find out it's something else, but if it's what the vet thinks it is, removing it would means they'd have to remove everything about 2in around it, which would means he would probably lose his hind legs, so it's not really worth it. We couldn't really afford the operation anyway.
I guess considering that he was about to be put down at the S.P.C.A. when we got him, he did get to enjoy a nice additional 8 years of life...
Still sucks, but can't do anything about it if it's his body self-destructing...
