I know it still looks like a mess, but i reorganised things so it's much more open now. Should help.
The closet i found: Before - Now
I didn't think to take a picture before taking down the wall in front of the thing, and tearing up the inside. It was full of spider webs and stuff, and the shelves were made of crappy presswood nailed onto thin pieces of plywood. Didn't even need the hammer to tear most of it, it just came along. Now i made a wall next to the outside wall, with some insulation. Also made a shelf on top that matches with the top of the nest.
The nest: With one side removed - Now, against the wall, matching with the closet.
And for the people who were wondering, this is the box-bed-nest-thing i sleep in. Closed on all side except for that door on one side. It used to just be an area under a junkpile, but i got tired of it being not so stable and near impossible to move around, and made an actual wood structure in it. Now the closet is like an extension to it, which can be either storage space, or with the folded futon that i've put in there, it's long enough so i can sleep in there too. I like it.
I still need to work on my 4th wall. I really need it. Anyone going down the stairs sees this much of my room. I'm still not sure how i'll do that precisely. Probably will have to buy new wood and stuff.
I also need to fix this thing i had and figure out what to do with the old fridge. The console kinda works, the right channel won't play and the controls are very dirty. The fridge just need a new seal. Both are very old and not so necessary, but i think they're very cool, and i'd love to have them work again fine... And would be hard to find again later if i got rid of those.
