I thought i had lost it, but i'm lucky.
Expect the worst, and you'll be happily surprised.
... my boss learned the hard way that you don't tell "You can take everything you want for free" to a dragon in a convenience store. "Everything you need", maybe... But "Everything you want"... *evil grin*
Spent 8 hours working there to install the new security system. And i think that since this is NOT a part of what i'm supposed to do, and not something that he can fit in the "take care of the store" category, i think i'll be able to get paid double for that time.
It turned out to be a kinda fun day. Spent almost 8 hours at that place, most of it in ceiling installing cable. Most people hate crawling in there, but i had fun... It's easy to imagine doing that as a secret agent infiltrating some place, especially since my boss actually had no idea where i was up there.
Imagination is fun.
And today:
Boring day, one extra hour of work, and i went to Dragon9's house to watch a movie. Next pay will be huge i think...
And i think i managed to get monday off. I know he could call at any moment to tell me i have to work, but at the moment i have it off. Woohoo!!!
I'm really happy that it's finally the weekend!
